By booking a tattoo session and submitting a non-refundable booking fee (deposit), you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below. Upon your arrival for your appointment, you will be provided with a consent form detailing additional conditions. 1. Booking Fee (Deposit)

   • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment slot.

   • This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo session.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   • The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

   • You may reschedule your appointment with advance notice, subject to availability.

3. Design and Artwork

   • Custom designs will be created based on your preferences.

   • Significant design changes requested after confirmation may require rescheduling and could incur additional fees.

4. Health and Safety

   • You must be of legal age to receive a tattoo (18 years or older).

   • You must provide valid identification before the appointment.

   • Inform the artist of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the tattooing process.

5. Consent and Release

   • You will be required to sign a consent form before the tattoo session.

   • The artist reserves the right to refuse service based on the provided information or if safety concerns arise.

6. Aftercare and Touch-Ups

   • Follow the aftercare instructions provided by the artist to ensure proper healing.

   • Minor touch-ups may be offered within a specified timeframe at no additional cost.

7. Liability

   • The artist is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or damages resulting from improper aftercare.

   • By booking the appointment, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with tattooing.

8. Photography and Promotion

   • Photos of the tattoo may be taken for portfolio and promotional purposes.

   • Please inform the artist if you prefer not to have your tattoo featured in promotional materials.
